Users can upload photos or descriptions of their meals and receive information about meal descriptions, calories, nutritional values, minerals, vitamins, and other related nutritional information.

4. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their provided email address. Users must maintain the security and confidentiality of their account login information. Pixbite is not responsible for damages arising from unauthorized access to a user's account.

6. Intellectual Property All components of the Pixbite platform (analysis, content, recommendations, and design) are owned by MB Billoka. 7. Limitation of Liability Pixbite provides informational services and does not replace professional health consultations. Pixbite is not responsible for decisions made by users based on information provided by the Platform. Users are solely responsible for their dietary and health-related decisions.

8. Service Availability Pixbite reserves the right to temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events, such as power or internet outages, natural disasters, etc. Users will be notified in advance of planned interruptions.

9. Account Termination Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Pixbite. Pixbite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, disrupt platform operations, or negatively impact service provision.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts according to applicable Lithuanian laws.
